FAQs
Workshops & Booking FAQ
Do I need any previous art experience?
Not at all. Workshops are suitable for complete beginners as well as those looking to develop their existing skills. Every session is broken down into manageable stages, with plenty of individual guidance to help you build confidence and enjoy the process.
What materials do I need to bring?
Just bring a drink and an apron if you're painting. All materials are provided, so you can simply turn up, relax and enjoy creating. You'll leave with your finished artwork and the confidence to continue creating at home.
What will I learn?
Each workshop focuses on a different subject, material or technique. Throughout the year you'll have the opportunity to explore charcoal, watercolour, acrylics, oils, lino printing, pen and ink, collage and mixed media, while developing skills you can use in your own artwork.
What should I wear?
Please wear clothes you don't mind getting a little messy. Some materials, such as acrylic paint and inks, can stain.
How long are the workshops?
Most workshops last around two hours, although some longer workshops and special events may vary. The duration is always shown on the individual workshop page.
Can I book as a complete beginner?
Absolutely. Many people join their first workshop saying they "can't draw" or "aren't artistic." My workshops are designed to help you build confidence, learn new skills and discover what you're capable of.

Artwork & Orders
What is a Giclee print?
Giclee (pronounced âZhee-clayâ) is a type of fine art digital printing made on either canvas or fine art paper. Giclee printing is used among artists and galleries due to the high quality and colour accuracy it offers. Unlike other printing techniques, giclee prints are made with specialized archival inks that donât fade or discolour over time, making them one of the highest quality art prints available today.
What is a limited edition print?
Limited-edition artwork means that a fixed number of prints are produced. Unlike open editions which are continually reprinted, each limited edition is printed in a short run (such as 50 or 100), thus making them more valuable. Once the print run is complete, it will no longer be available.
Available prints are in a limited edition run of 50
Hand finished, special edition prints are in a run of just 10.
What is a hand finished special edition print?
A hand-finished, special edition print is a completely unique piece of art produced
in a limited number, ensuring exclusivity. Each print is carefully
hand-finished with premium gold paint, adding personal touches that make
every piece one-of-a-kind. The combination of limited availability and
handcrafted details enhances its value, making it a special addition to
any collection.
Do you accept commissions?
Yes. I undertake bespoke commissions for both private and commercial clients. From local landscapes and meaningful places to illustrations for shops, cafĂŠs and businesses, each piece is created to reflect your ideas while remaining true to my style. Please get in touch to discuss your project.
How are the prints posted?
Smaller prints are carefully packaged and sent flat to help protect them during delivery, while larger prints are rolled and posted in a sturdy tube. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail to ensure they arrive safely.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
As each print is made to order I canât accept returns unless there is a fault or damage.
Can I commission a painting of a special place?
Yes. Many commissions are inspired by favourite local landscapes, meaningful places or buildings. If you have a particular location or idea in mind, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Can I buy artwork I see at a workshop or on social media?
Yes. Many of the paintings and illustrations featured in workshops, on social media and across the website are available as original artwork, limited edition prints or may be recreated as a bespoke commission. If you're interested in a particular piece, please get in touch.
